Donna’s Dashboard User Guide

This guide explains how to use the major areas of the application, including dashboard views, property tracking, bookings, invoices, expenses, maintenance, and calendars.

Getting Started

Donna’s Dashboard is a centralized workspace for managing vacation rental operations. It brings together financial performance, property activity, guest bookings, invoicing, expenses, and maintenance tracking in one place.

Feedback & Improvements
Use the Feedback button available on every page to submit feature requests, report issues, or suggest improvements while using the system.
Financial Notes
Revenue reflects net income from bookings after platform fees.
Invoices represent the total amount charged to the guest, including taxes.
Expenses are tracked separately and reduce overall profit.

Depending on your role, you may only see properties and data that are assigned to you. Dashboards, reports, and lists will automatically reflect your permitted access.
